Private Client Senior Solicitor

Aberdein Considine is looking for a Private Client Senior Solicitor to join our established legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to manage a varied caseload, provide trusted and practical advice to clients, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of an independent firm with offices across Scotland and the north of England.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a varied private client caseload, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, the establishment and management of Trusts, the administration of executry estates, all commensurate with experience
• Deliver clear, practical and timely advice, alongside consistently high standards of drafting and client care
• Build trusted client relationships and generate repeat and referral work
• Contribute to business development, networking and profile-raising activity
• Collaborate across the firm, share knowledge and support colleagues’ development

Skills and Experience

• A qualified Solicitor with around 2-5 years PQE and relevant private client experience

• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, commercially aware approach and the ability to manage deadlines and client expectations
• A collaborative mindset, professional integrity and a genuine commitment to outstanding client service.
