Aberdein Considine are looking for a Property Administrator / Property Adviser to join our Shawlands Branch (Glasgow). The successful candidate will provide clerical and administration support to the estate agency team and they will also be required to handle enquiries from prospective buyers whilst selling the wider services that the firm has to offer. This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to begin their career in a busy estate agency office. Full training will be provided.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Opening files for sale / property matters and creating posting slips
  • Instructing Home Reports / Photographers
  • Placing properties live on the market and submitting onto Property Portals
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Identify viewers specific property search requirements
  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/Landlords Cross sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Identify other services that are relevant to the viewers situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
  • Educated to Higher level or above
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good presentation skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A pleasant, confident telephone manner
  • Tact, discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Reliable and honest
  • Work well as part of a team and individually
  • Full / clean Drivers Licence
KNOWLEDGE
Essential 
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Desirable
  • Previous estate agency experience
  • Proven track record of achieving targets
  • Experience of cross selling and building business
