Aberdein Considine are recruiting for a Property Adviser or Senior Property Adviser, depending on experience, to join our Stirling Branch. The role will involve finding buyers for the properties we are marketing and managing our applicant bank. The successful candidate will also manage a portfolio of properties while maintaining a professional and reliable service as well as maximising business leads for other legal and financial services. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Sell the advantages of our valuation service to potential sellers/landlords
  • Co-ordinate viewings
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Negotiate offers
  • Register applicants and identify their specific property search requirements
  • Cross sell properties to applicants, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Identify other services that are relevant to the applicants situation and promote the benefits of using Aberdein Considine
  • Maximise every opportunity through maintaining a regular dialogue with applicants
  • Keep clients informed of all activity on their property (viewings, noted interests, etc)
  • Assist with property admin
  • Deal with inbound calls and emails
In addition to that of a Property Adviser/ Senior Property Adviser:
  • Handle client objections/conflict
  • Provide advice and recommendations on marketing and pricing strategy (i.e. aged stock/problem properties)
  • Assist with supporting junior members of the team
