About the Role

As a Valuer with Aberdein Considine, you will be at the forefront of our success story. Your focus will be to:

• Identify and secure new valuation opportunities
• Convert valuations into instructions through exceptional service and expert guidance
• Provide accurate, evidence‑based market valuations
• Advise on pricing, presentation and marketing strategy
• Maximise exposure for client properties
• Maintain regular contact with prospective and current clients
• Spot opportunities to introduce other services across the firm
• Uphold our reputation for professionalism, reliability and market expertise

This is a fast‑moving, people‑focused role where your influence will directly impact our growth and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident, approachable and professional manner
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain trusted relationships
• Excellent personal organisation and time management
• Ability to adapt to a variety of clients and situations
• Self‑motivation and resilience within a fast‑paced environment
• Reliability, honesty and complete respect for confidentiality
• Full UK clean driving licence
• Educated to Higher level or above

• Previous estate agency experience
• Proven success in hitting or exceeding targets
• Experience conducting valuations and generating new business

Knowledge & Expertise

Essential

• Understanding of the local property market and economic factors
• Awareness of relevant advertising and marketing channels

• Understanding of the buying/selling and conveyancing process
• Familiarity with planning and building standards
• Awareness of financial services products
