What does your day-to-day role look like?
My role involves meeting with clients, either face to face, over an online meeting or by phone, to get to know them and give advice on the best mortgage option for them. Once they have been successful in having an offer accepted for their new home, myself and my case manager, will take care of the full application to the mortgage lender for them. My job also involves offering advice on how to ensure that you can look after your income, your family and your new home in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Life has a way of throwing us all curveballs and we can help ensure that you are financially protected when this happens. I don't forget about you after the initial meetings! I will remain in contact with you over the years to either help find a new mortgage deal when the time comes or review the protection you have in place should your circumstances have changed.

What is the most rewarding part of your role?
Helping clients to buy their new home and see it become a reality for them is very rewarding. I am also extremely thankful that I have clients who, in very difficult circumstances, have been able to get through these experiences financially as a result of the protection plans we put in place.
