A day in the life of a Property Administrator

A day in the life of a Property Administrator

What does your day-to-day role look like?

My day involves scheduling viewings, setting up valuations, and preparing properties to hit the market. It’s a mix of client interactions and making sure every listing is market-ready.

What tip would you give those buying/selling their home?

One of the best pieces of advice I can give to anyone buying or selling their home is to get your mortgage sorted out in advance. By consulting with one of our expert mortgage advisors early on, you’ll get a clear picture of what you can afford.

What is the most rewarding part of your role?

Helping clients find their dream home or successfully sell their property. It’s rewarding to be part of such a significant moment in their lives.

What do you enjoy doing in your time out with work?

I love spending time with friends, enjoying nice dinners and drinks, and lots of holidays!
