A day in the life of a Property Adviser

What does your day-to-day role look like?

My day begins by checking and responding to any emails that came in overnight. The rest of my day is filled with following up with viewers from the previous day to gather feedback, which I then pass on to our clients. Also arranging property viewings and valuations, preparing property listings, and negotiating the best possible offers for our clients.

What tip would you give those buying/selling their home?

Find out your affordability! Before you even start looking at homes, speak to a mortgage advisor and get an Agreement in Principle. It will give you a clear idea of what you can afford and help you act quickly when you find the right property.

What is the most rewarding part of your role?

Helping clients successfully sell their property and witnessing the excitement of buyers when they collect the keys to their new home.

What do you enjoy doing in your time out with work?

I enjoy spending time with my dog and going out for food and drinks with my friends and family (sometimes the dog comes along too!)
