My day typically involves visiting clients to discuss the selling process and assessing their properties in order for me to provide an accurate valuation. When I am back in the office, I am carrying out administrative duties, preparing properties for going on the market and keeping in touch with sellers to support them through their selling journey.
What tip would you give those buying/selling their home?
I would always advise sellers to invest time into getting their property ready for marketing. You want your home to give potential buyers a good first impression, which will naturally generate interest and activity. Make your property stand out, especially within a tough and competitive market.
What is the most rewarding part of your role?
I find great fulfilment in being involved in the selling process and making a positive impact on my clients' lives. Helping someone sell their home can indeed be a significant milestone, as it's often tied to important life changes. Selling can be incredibly daunting and to be able to see their satisfaction and excitement as they embark on their next chapter is incredibly rewarding.
What do you enjoy doing in your time out with work?
When I am not working, I love to spend my time with my daughter
