Aberdein Considine help landlords with £250 voucher

New landlords are being given a unique opportunity to save £250 on our property management services.
Each person who attends one of our Landlord Open Days will be gifted a £250 to use towards our fully managed service.* We are holding events in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Perth.
At each event, we will have some of Scotland's leading lettings experts on hand to answer any questions you have over a cup of coffee.
New tax and legislation changes
As well as giving a helping hand to new landlords, at each event our letting experts will guide existing landlords through the changes which came into effect in December 2017.
The biggest change facing landlords is The Private Housing (Tenancies) (Scotland) Act 2016, which has introduced the Scottish Private Residential Tenancy, the new form of private tenancy for Scotland.
Under the new regime, tenancies will have no minimum period and will continue indefinitely unless the tenant wants to leave or the landlord terminates using a prescribed ground for eviction.
The ‘no fault’ ground of termination under Short Assured Tenancies (SAT) has been removed from landlords. You can read more about the new rules here.
