Switching made easy
We have a dedicated team to help make switching your property or portfolio to Aberdein Considine as easy as possible.
Once you notify your existing agent (we'll provide a template letter for this) we will arrange a transfer consultation and then do the rest of the work for you.
We will:
- Contact your existing tenants;
- Obtain all tenancy documents (tenancy agreement, referencing reports, deposit details and check in inventory);
- Obtain property compliance documents (safety certificates and warranties);
- Collect keys;
- Arrange for a transfer of deposit; and
- Carry out property check soon after the transfer.
