Karolina Robertson – Portfolio Letting Manager

Karolina has been with Aberdein Considine for over 15 years and assesses portfolio rentals, advising clients on the best marketing strategy to secure tenants quickly and achieve maximum value, preparing marketing materials and negotiating tenancy contracts.  Managing the transfer of portfolios from other agents.

Nicola Argo – Property Management Support Manager

Joining in 2007, Nicola heads up all support functions within the letting & property management department throughout Scotland.  This includes our administration, accounts and reactive maintenance team.  She is ARLA and SOLAS qualified.
