Meet the Stirling team... Stephen Simpson

Today we're featuring Stephen Simpson, our Stirling property expert based at our flagship branch on Port Street.

Stephen's story 

"I am the branch manager responsible for the Estate Agency Department within the office and have in excess of 25 years of residential agency experience with a number of years’ experience working in the Stirling Area.

"My focus is to always provide our clients with the highest standard of service, and advise from start to finish of the sale.

"Having solicitors, property experts and independent mortgage and financial advisers all under one roof is a USP for Stirling with very few estate agents offering this"

1. What do you like most about working and living in Stirling?

The stunning countryside, historic background ie the castle, Wallace Monument and the Battle of Bannockburn site.

The people in Stirling are very friendly, easy to talk to, and relish true advice; that is why I go above and beyond when dealing with clients.

2. What's your favourite property on the market?

All my properties are my favourite!

3. Describe yourself in three words

Trustworthy, committed and hardworking.

4. What did you want to grow up to be when you were little?

A pilot but too thick and speckie!

5. What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Socialising: eating, drinking, playing golf and collecting gins

6. What’s the most important lesson you’ve learnt?

Always stand by your word!

Now that would be telling! I have appeared in Hello magazine.
