When I arrive at work in the morning, I start by checking my diary and completing any prep work for my appointments scheduled throughout the day. I also reach out to clients to provide service updates.
When preparing to sell your home, focus on presentation by enhancing curb appeal, tidying the garden, and ensuring the property's exterior and interior are clean and well-maintained. It’s also important to line up professionals, such as an estate agent and solicitor, early on to provide expert advice and guidance. The best way to do this is to check any review websites such as Trust Pilot or word of mouth from friends and family.
For buying, consult with a whole-of-market, no-fee mortgage broker to assess what you can afford, and obtain quotes for legal work, including Land and Building Tax, and removal costs. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing clients who are genuinely happy and satisfied after successfully selling their homes. Knowing that I played a part in helping them achieve their goals and move on to the next chapter in their lives is incredibly fulfilling
In my free time, I enjoy socialising with family and friends, playing golf, dining out, and just relaxing and unwinding.
