Virgin Money is launching a new campaign to promote the benefits of buying a mortgage through an independent intermediary like Aberdein Considine.
The campaign encourages consumers shopping for a mortgage to speak to an independent mortgage broker to see the whole marketplace.
As an independent provider of mortgage advice, Aberdein Considine can access more than 3,000 home loans from all major high street lenders.
This allows clients to see what deal is best for their financial needs.
Paul Lloyd, Marketing Director at Virgin Money, said: "Seeking market advice from a mortgage intermediary is the right choice for many consumers, but often consumers aren’t quite sure where to start.
"Our new campaign not only promotes the benefits of talking to an adviser, but also helps consumers find one through a new website.
"Our ambition is to drive new business to our intermediary partners, helping them grow, in the knowledge that with the strength of our intermediary proposition, those clients that are right for us will come back our way.
"We believe our approach is in the true spirit of partnership.”
Allan Gardner, Financial Services Director at Aberdein Considine, said: "Without visiting every high street lender it can be difficult to be absolutely sure you have sourced the best mortgage deal.
"However, our fully independent mortgage advisers can help provide advice and can point you to what really is the best product for you.
"We can access more than 3,000 mortgage products from all major high street lenders – and unlike other mortgage advisers, we charge no broker fee to arrange the loan."
