Aberdein Considine reveal 2018's most-viewed homes

Luxurious million-pound houses, converted churches, swanky penthouse apartments - it's been quite a year here at Aberdein Considine as we've sold over 2,000 homes across Scotland.

With a diverse range of homes gracing the market in 2018, we were curious to find out which ones received the most hits on our website - so our Digital team were tasked to find out our top three homes...

Third most viewed... Cairndyke, Cammachmore

With just over 11,000 web visits, Cairndyke is our third most-viewed property of 2018.

This detached family home is situated in a beautifully scenic part of Aberdeenshire with views across the hamlet and beyond, which can be admired from its 0.5 acre plot.

Inside there's four bedrooms and three public rooms, each one immaculately presented and move-in ready.

Second most viewed... Windsole Smiddy, Auchterarder

This detached five-bedroom house achieved second place this year and stole the hearts of everyone in our Perth office.

Complete with swimming pool, three garages and breathtaking views towards the Ochil Hills, it's no surprise that Windsole Smiddy didn't last long on the market with multiple offers received - in the end selling for £30,000 over the asking price!

Most viewed... Laurel Bank, Balmedie

With a whopping 23,700 web visits, Laurel bank is this years most-viewed - and it's easy to see why!

Not only is it located moments from the beach, inside showcased a quirky, modern design filled with wonderful wood accessories and colourful furnishings. 

The accommodation consisted of four reception rooms, three bedrooms, one bathroom and - possibly our favourite feature - a balcony which boasted incredible views across the countryside towards Balmedie Beach. 

The property sold back in June and we'll be eternally jealous of the new owners...
