Pupils from Stoneywood Primary School near Dyce were celebrating following the announcement of new kit sponsors for the football team.
As the team prepared to kick off their season, local solicitor estate agent Aberdein Considine has provided the funding which has paid for the new kits.
Fiona Wildgoose, who is the Partner in charge of the firm’s Dyce office, was the driving force behind the new initiative.
Commenting on the sponsorship Fiona said “We know how important it is to the school and the pupils to have the support of the local community and we were delighted to help.
Sport is a very important part of school life, and we’d like to thank Darren Coutts, Mike Hutcheon and the school for giving us the opportunity to get involved.
Darren Coutts, who is one of the team’s coaches said: “We really appreciate the support from Fiona and her colleagues and it's great to know that we have the backing of such a well-known local business.
All of the players are very impressed with their new kits and it will definitely provide them with inspiration this season.”
