The first property to use Aberdein Considine's new virtual viewing technology has gone under offer within 48-hours.
14 Mill Drive in Bucksburn, Aberdeen, was used to pilot our new 360-degree Matterport tours, which launched on Monday.
The walkthrough and accompanying video attracted a remarkable 6,000 views within two days.
Yesterday, an offer was submitted on the two-bed property, which has subsequently been accepted.
Alan Cumming, National Estate Agency Director at Aberdein Considine, said: "We launched these new virtual viewing and valuation services to get the property market moving again.
"The digital traffic to the first set of tours has been phenomenal and it's great to see positive results so quickly.
"We have had a large volume of requests for these tours already, and we are rolling out new ones daily on our website."
We have invested in the latest technology from the United States to create stunning virtual tours of the homes we sell.
Our Matterport cameras can scan every inch of a room in just a few seconds, creating a 3D simulation that you can walk through using your phone, tablet or computer.
These tours, which have been featured on BBC Scotland this week, allow buyers to get a real feel for a property without physically entering it, helping sellers to minimise contact with other households during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The current restrictions on moving home should ease later this month if the Scottish Government can move to phase two of its route map out of lockdown.
Until such a time that the restrictions get lifted fully, we will give clients the option of using technology to keep social contact to a minimum.
Virtual tours are available to all clients selling through Aberdein Considine.
We have also now launched virtual valuations, which allow our experienced property experts to assess the value of your home without visiting in-person.
Using video call technology, you can walk our agents through your home so that we can accurately predict what it is likely to achieve on the open market
