Gavin is a Consultant based at the firm’s Waterloo Street and Byres Road offices in Glasgow, specialising in residential property matters, Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Gavin, who was a Partner in the well-known solicitor estate agency firm of A & S Ireland when it merged with Aberdein Considine in May 2016, has over 35 years' experience in the property market in the West of Scotland.

Gavin has also been a tutor in conveyancing practice at the Glasgow Graduate School of Law.
