Robert Holland is the Head of Employment Law at Aberdein Considine and is based at the firm’s flagship legal office in Edinburgh.

He has over 20 years’ experience across a range of legal disciplines and before joining Aberdein Considine was Head of the Employment Law team at Balfour + Manson LLP and a member of the senior management team from 2020 to 2023.

Robert has litigated over 50 tribunals during his career, from redundancy to unfair dismissal, as well as discrimination and whistleblowing issues.

He has a particular interest in sports law having represented numerous professionals in a range of sports and he has also advised senior executives within the financial sector on highly complicated exits and settlement agreements.

Robert joined Aberdein Considine in 2023.
