Aberdein Considine are looking for a Branch Manager to join our team based in Ellon. The successful candidate will manage staff and encourage a positive working environment while ensuring client satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bring out the best in estate agency staff by
providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Ensure staff are suitability trained to conduct
role
- Address customer and employee satisfaction
issues promptly
- Ensure full and proper implementation of and
adherence to Firm Policies and Procedures
- Locate areas of improvement and propose
corrective actions
- Share knowledge with other branches and Area
Manager/Estate Agency Director on effective practices, market trends,
competitor activity, business opportunities and needs
- Network to improve the presence and reputation
of the branch and Firm
- Assist with preparation of budgets
- Monitor expenditure/cost controlling
- Managing supplier relationships and escalating
any issues
- Setting daily schedules for the
team/managing workloads
- Assist with recruitment
- Develop solutions for problems that
arise
- Lead by example
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Educated to Higher level or above
Desirable
- Educated to Further Education level

- Familiarity with
industry rules and regulations
- Previous
management experience in a similar environment

- Advertising mediums relevant to the property
industry
- An understanding of financial services products
- Knowledge of the conveyancing process (buying and
selling)
